Indian cricket team coach Ravi Shastri gets vaccination for coronavirus

Vaccines against the COVID- 19 are being distributed in the country. Indian coach Ravi Shashtri became the first Indian team member to take a COVID-19 injection.

In the third stage of the COVID-19 injection program, we began providing vaccines to people who are over the age of 45 to over the age of 60. Shastri is currently in Ahmedabad while India faces England in four tests. Shastri, 58, was vaccinated on Tuesday, and he posted the photo on Twitter.

Shastri also thanks to all the professional doctors and scientists who have been dedicated to the country in these difficult times. He also appreciated Kantaben and his crew at Apollo Ahmedabad Hospital, who operated with him to administer the vaccine.

Ravi Shastri praised the skill demonstrated by Apollo Ahmedabad staff. Thanks to amazing experts and health scientists for strengthening the Indian flag on epidemics.

 PRIME MINISTER LEADING FROM THE FRONT

 Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the Institute of Health Sciences in Delhi, All India (AIIMS), and received the first batch of COVID-19 vaccine on March 1. The Prime Minister has requested all Indians to take part in this vaccination program.

Many leading leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu have taken the dose of the vaccine.

Apart from them, the likes of External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and the supremo of Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Pawar have taken the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine on Monday. After winning the third test India is leading the series by 2-1. The fourth test is going to start on 4th March.

After the test series is over, teams are going to stay in Ahmedabad for the T20Is. The last phase of this series that is the ODIs will be played in Pune.
