Actress Deepika Padukone announced the film in December last year and this December, the film Chhapaak’s trailer is out. The film Chhapaak is based on a real-life story of Laxmi Agarwal, an acid attack survivor. For the film, Deepika to mark her collaboration with director Meghna Gulzar and Fox Star Studio.
